74th TSEF Fair Day Information

Spring 2025

Old Dominion University, Webb Center

The regional fair will be held in the Webb Student Center at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia Data and Time to be Announced.

Several breakfast and lunch options will be available on campus and this page will be updated as soon as we have confirmation of those options.

Set ups:

There will be a student check-in. Competitors will check-in to recieve their materials and designated project locations. Project Location Maps and the WiFi code will be posted throughout Webb Student Center, and volunteers will be able to assist you with finding your project location. We also will update our website with the category locations prior to the day of the fair. Time for set-up TBA.

Display Regulations:

The maximum space for each project is 122 cm (48 in.) side to side; 67 cm (30 in.) front to back; and 274 cm (108 in.) in height, floor to top. No living organisms, solutions, chemicals, glass, cultures, or soil/sediments may be displayed at the fair. We cannot guarantee that you will have access to power, so please plan on making your project as "stand-alone" as possible. If you worked with humans in your study, please do NOT bring the informed consent forms with you. There is no way to make sure these are secure during the day of the fair.
